Yesterday it was announced on cadred.org that the guns4hire css team will be moving to Fragmasters to attend i34.
I wish the team all the best at i34 and hope they can perform with the addition of X for their new org.

A disappointing end to the Clanbase Eurocup sees guns4hire default from the competition.
After problems with match timings, server problems and an insuing arguement, mTw were awarded a default win.

Tonight will be a double header for a number of us.
Kicking off at 1900BST in the ENC, Team UK will be taking on Slovakia in a must win game. Expect to see a start from 3 of Tils, beta, mX and frankstaH. Taking a best of 3 format we hope not to fall foul to the strange ESL map choice of Tuscan.
Hot on the heals of this will be our next Eurocup game vs german powerhouse mTw.
Our match with mTw will be live on quadV from 2100BST with again a best of 3 format being used.
guns4hire will not be taking anything for granted in this one as they strive to maintain their form and progress into the latter stages of the Eurocup.

Tonight g4h faced off against multigamer.no in the first round of the Eurocup knockouts.
With the completition taking a best of 3 single elim format it was important to hit the floor running.
The maps chosen were nuke, dust2 and then inferno as a decider via map elimination.
With g4h winning MG's choice of map, nuke 16-13 it gave us the start we needed. We then pressed on to win dust2 16-6 shutting down multigamer before they could get into their stride.
Next up will be the winner of mTw and SYPHER

In keeping with our way of persueding Wow players to commit themselves to CSS I am pleased to announce that after a standout performance at the CGS combine and and the EC game vs Multigamer tonight Jim 'Mx' Smale will be joining guns4hire on a permenant basis.
Mx brings a wealth of experience, a great fragging ability and a calm nerve to the team.

This weekend out makeshift lineup including Mx will be at the Omega Sektor in Birmingham for the CGS combine.
This will pit them against the likes of Mint, Salvo, Allianz and Fnatic to see who are the best MR9 team in the EU
Update
After getting a wakeup call in round one from Planet6, finally winning out 2-1 in the pistol over time, guns4hire beat CGS team Berlin Allianz 2-0 in round two to reach the semi finals of the single elimination BO3 competition.
In the semis guns4hire were undone by Salvo, who went on to win the combine, 1-2.

After some disagreements within the team, I am dissaponted to let say that crazycat has decided to part ways with guns4hire.
With the CGS combine immenent we will be bringing in Jim 'Mx' Smales to cover for the weekend and then addressing the way forward next week.
